Any Tips?

Hi!

I joined the most wonderful belly dance company at Longwood University this past year. I learned what I believe to be most of the basics from older girls in the company, and performed with it 3-4 times. Recently, though, I moved out of state and switched to a technical college ( no clubs or dance companies!)

I am wondering if anyone has any tips for a girl that wants to teach belly dance to herself??? I know there are certain things (etiquette, traditions, proper costuming, different styles etc that it is hard to learn without a teacher... I just cannot afford classes right now and don't know of any dance troupes in my area!
